Have you ever had an area of your life you wanted to change, and youwere committed to making that change, but you still didn’t do it? Whydoes this happen? Is it because you don’t know how? Are there circumstancesthat prevent you from making that change?

Everyone has a list of shoulds: ‘I should spend moretime with my kids.’ ‘I should spend more time with a business plan.’ ‘Ishould lose some weight.’ I should, I should, I should. People don’t actuallychange.
